Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026. These terms govern your use of SolarDraft (“the Service”), operated by SolarDraft (Udyam registered, Delhi).

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

SolarDraft provides 3D solar rooftop design and proposal generation software for solar EPCs and installers in India.

3. Account & subscription

Subscriptions are annual and billed in advance. Access is granted per the plan purchased. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense or transfer the Service without written consent. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

SolarDraft and its design, code and content remain the property of SolarDraft. Your data and designs remain yours.

6. Limitation of liability

SolarDraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
