Annual subscriptions

SolarDraft subscriptions are billed annually and are non-refundable after the first 7 days from the subscription start date.

7-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date by emailing sales@solardraft.org with your order details.

No partial refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused months within a subscription period after the 7-day window.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered outside the 7-day window in cases of extended service outage or billing error, at SolarDraft's sole discretion.
